Led by Project Chairman K.K. Hon, and co- organized with Youth Business Hong Kong, the Dragon Apprentice Seminar 2 – Chance to Changes was successfully held on the 30th March 2009 in KPMG centre in Centre. The event was full housed (over 100 participants) whom were mostly people that are seeking tips from guest speakers Oswald Chan who is the Officer of CPA Australia and Senator Gabriel Li who is the Business owner of several businesses.
